Integrate your feminine and masculine in balance
Strengthen boundaries, clarity and intuitive knowing
Return to your authentic voice, desires and direction

I am a trauma-informed psycho-somatic therapist & breathwork practitioner specialising in nervous system regulation, emotional integration and identity reclamation. My work is grounded in neuroscience, Jungian psychology, parts work, breath science and lived experience. I guide women through deep internal reconnection, by helping them feel safe enough to discover who they are / who they have been their entire life (beneath the conditioning).

What most people don’t realise is that science and spirituality are not opposites. They are simply two different languages describing the same intelligence.
Neuroscience shows us that the brain and body are shaped by lived experience. Psychology shows us how attachment, trauma and relational imprints form our sense of self. Ancient wisdom has always taught that our body is an energetic, conscious vessel: one that holds memory, frequency and truth.
I see the body as the meeting place of science and soul. When the nervous system finally feels safe, the body returns to coherence. And when the body returns to coherence, something deeper becomes accessible; intuition, clarity, consciousness, the voice of the soul.

Somatic work is the process of understanding and working with the body’s responses i.e. sensations, activation, shutdown, tension, breath patterns and emotional physiology. It recognises that the nervous system holds memory, adaptation and survival responses that talking alone cannot access.
Parts work refers to the different “sub-personalities” or protective patterns (inner critic, avoider, perfectionist, overachiever, people-pleaser, shutdown part, etc.) that your psyche formed to help you cope. In ALIVE, somatics and parts work are integrated so you can feel, understand and safely work with all aspects of yourself, not fight against them.
Psychology primarily works at the level of the mind i.e. thoughts, beliefs, interpretation, meaning and cognitive patterns. It is valuable, but it cannot resolve the physiological survival responses that live in the nervous system.
Body-based work addresses the missing layer: the physiological imprint of past experiences. Your system may know you are safe, yet still activate the same fear, freeze, shutdown or hypervigilance responses.
Somatic work recalibrates the body so the mind and emotions can integrate.
In short:
- Psychology gives insight.
- Somatic work gives capacity.
- Together, they create actual change.
NLP, CBT and other cognitive modalities work primarily with thoughts, language patterns and belief systems. They help reframe thinking, interrupt cognitive loops, and shift behavioural responses. These methods can be helpful, but they do not work directly with the physiological imprint of past experiences.
Somatic work operates at a deeper level. It addresses the nervous system responses (freeze, shutdown, fight, flight, fawn), the emotional memory stored in the body, and the protective parts that drive behaviour automatically.
Where NLP and CBT focus on changing thoughts, somatic work focuses on changing the internal state that produces those thoughts.
The mind follows the body. When the nervous system shifts, cognition, behaviour, emotion and identity shift naturally, without forcing or overriding.
Breathwork influences the autonomic nervous system by changing CO₂ tolerance, heart rate variability, vagal tone and patterns of activation or shutdown.
In ALIVE, breathwork is used in a careful, regulated, trauma-informed way. I do not use intense or destabilising breathwork methods at the beginning.
Instead, we:
• build capacity gradually
• strengthen nervous system regulation
• use coherence breathing to stabilise physiology
• retrain breath mechanics at a foundational level
Only after safety is established, do we explore deeper breath practices, and even then, with pacing and attunement.
I follow somatic experiencing principles: never too much, too fast, too soon.Breathwork is not about forcing a “breakthrough.” It is a tool for regulation, safety, integration and emotional processing used intentionally and responsibly.
You will learn how to regulate your nervous system, understand your emotional patterns, work with your protective parts, process emotions safely, break survival responses, and reconnect back to your authentic identity.
Practically, you will gain:
• Emotional literacy and somatic awareness
• Breathwork tools for coherence and regulation
• Understanding of your nervous system and patterns
• The ability to feel without shutting down or spiralling
• A grounded sense of self, boundaries and inner safety
• An integrated identity instead of fragmented “parts” running the show
After 12 weeks, you leave with a regulated nervous system, emotional fluency, integrated parts, deeper self-awareness, somatic tools, and the ability to stay connected to yourself while navigating real life.
The “guarantee” is not based on forcing outcomes, it’s based on the science of nervous system change:
• Safety + attunement = change
• Regulation + emotional processing = integration
• Consistency + pacing = lasting results
Most clients experience profound shifts because we work with both the mind and the body. If you desire continued support, you can extend into ongoing 1:1 work or integration support.
Your results come from the combination of the methodology, the relational field, and your willingness to show up with honesty and gentleness.
Feeling scared is normal and often a sign that this work is needed. You are not “digging up” trauma or pushing your system into overwhelm. ALIVE works at the pace of your nervous system, not your mind’s urgency.
Nothing is forced. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is opened that your system cannot hold.
The unconscious only becomes disruptive when it is ignored. When approached slowly, safely and with attunement, the parts of you that have been holding pain or protection finally have space to soften. This is not destabilising, it’s regulating.
You do not lose control. You gain clarity, capacity and internal safety.
Energetics and spirituality in ALIVE are not treated as abstract concepts or bypassing tools. They are integrated through the nervous system, breath, embodiment, and presence. Energetics simply refers to the state your system is operating from fear, shutdown, overwhelm, or coherence, and how that state influences your intuition, emotions, and behaviour.
The feminine and masculine are not taught as gendered traits, they are understood as Jungian internal energies expressed through your physiology:
• The feminine is connected to feeling, intuition, expression, creativity, emotional flow and the capacity to be with sensation.
• The masculine is connected to boundaries, structure, clarity, direction and internal safety.
When your nervous system is dysregulated, these energies become distorted, for example:
• Overgiving or collapsing (wounded feminine)
• Hyper-independence, rigidity or control (wounded masculine)
• Emotional chaos or emotional shutdown
• Difficulty receiving or difficulty leading
In ALIVE, we don’t force these energies or act them out through personas.
We restore them through somatic safety.
Spirituality is woven in through coherence, presence, reconnection to the body, and the connection back to the roots of who you are beneath conditioning. Everything is trauma-informed, embodied, and paced safely.
Yes, because relationship patterns are nervous system patterns. Conflict, shutdown, pulling away, over-giving, reactivity, avoiding vulnerability, staying in cycles you can’t break… these are not “relationship issues.” They are attachment imprints, survival strategies and emotional responses rooted in your internal world.
ALIVE helps you understand your protective parts, your triggers, your boundaries, your emotional patterns, and the nervous system states that shape connection. When your internal world changes, your relational world changes; regardless of whether you’re single, dating, or partnered.
This is not surface-level communication coaching. It is the root-level work that makes secure, healthy relationships possible.
Burnout, anxiety, numbness and depressive states are physiological states of a dysregulated nervous system.
In ALIVE, we work directly with the patterns underneath these experiences and you will learn how to regulate your system, understand your triggers, release stored emotional material safely, and rebuild internal capacity.
